Core company standards
Use this page as the quick version of the company policy. For the complete policy text, leave rules, schedule rules, salary notes, incentives, targets, reviews, infractions, and sanctions, open the CSR Handbook of Policies.
Attendance and punctuality
- Absence means the employee is unavailable for an assigned shift and the time off was not scheduled or approved in advance.
- Emergency and sick-day absences still need proper notice through the required channel.
- Tardiness includes late login, leaving before the shift ends without approval, or taking an extended meal or break without approval.
- One day of absence without notice is treated as AWOL and may result in termination.
Notice requirements
- Send absence or late-arrival notice through Slack or email at least three hours before the shift starts.
- If the issue is internet-related, send an SMS or call the manager on duty.
- Half-day absences must also be advised at least three hours before the shift.
- Tardiness of two or more hours is considered a half-day duty.
Conduct and records
- The company may terminate an employee for bad-faith conduct toward the company, whether it is a repeated pattern or a one-time incident.
- A similar offense is cleared after a six-month cleansing period if no similar infraction is committed during that time.
